A real example
At TNA, the team creating user manuals had to open every production drawing, strip out engineering symbols, adjust the graphics, save as PNG, and file it. Every release. Every drawing.
We added one automation to their existing release process. When a design is released, the system automatically creates the cleaned-up illustrations, attaches them to the source drawings, and discards the temporary changes.
Now the illustrations are just there. Ready to download. Nobody touches them anymore.
