The online calendar is being set up this week. In the meantime, the fastest way to grab a time is to send us a quick message — we'll reply within a few hours with two or three slots that suit you.
What to expect
We'll talk about your business. What your team does every day, where your time goes, what frustrates you. We'll listen, ask questions, and by the end we'll usually spot 2–3 things that could save you significant time.
Within 24 hours, we'll send you a short email with what we noticed and one specific recommendation. That's it.
If there's a natural next step, we'll suggest it. If there isn't, we'll say so. No pressure either way.
Common questions
How much does this cost?
Nothing. It's free. We do this because a genuine conversation is the best way to find out if we can actually help. If we can't, we'd rather tell you now than waste both our time.
I'm not very technical. Is that OK?
That's the whole point. If you were technical, you probably wouldn't need us. We don't use jargon, and we don't expect you to know anything about software, AI, or automation.
What should I prepare?
Nothing specific. Just be ready to talk about your business — what your team does, how things work, what annoys you. The more honest you are, the more useful the conversation will be.
How long is the session?
60 minutes. Sometimes it runs a bit shorter if we cover everything quickly. We won't keep you longer than you want.
What happens after?
We send you a short email within 24 hours with 2–3 observations and one recommendation. If you'd like to go deeper, the next step is a Clarity Session ($500–$1,500) — a proper analysis with a scored assessment and specific recommendations. If not, no worries at all.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, if you're in Sydney. Otherwise, video call works perfectly.
