We don't start with software. We start with your business.

Most technology consultants lead with their product. We lead with a question: what do you actually do all day? Because until we understand your business, we can't help you.

Here's what usually happens

Someone tells you that you need a CRM, or AI, or "digital transformation." You buy something. Your team tries it for a month. Nobody really uses it after that. The subscription keeps charging.

Six months later, you try something else. Same result.

The problem isn't the technology. It's that nobody understood your business before recommending anything.

We've spent 15 years walking into businesses — manufacturers, law firms, trades, professional services — and we've seen this pattern hundreds of times. Tools added at different times, none of them connected, everyone doing workarounds that became invisible because they've done them so long.

There's usually no shortage of software. There's a shortage of someone who can see the whole picture.

What we bring that most advisors don't

Most business advisors talk about technology without ever having built anything. They speak in frameworks and slides, but they've never written a line of code. So they can't tell you what things actually cost, how long they take, or what will break.

We've been building automation tools for 15 years. Nikita's first project was writing code to convert CAD files for Grundfos Pumps — no tool existed so he built one. Since then, we've developed hundreds of custom tools, migrated 900,000+ files, trained 100+ engineers, and built AI systems that generate complete proposals from a single URL.

We run a real business

Cash flow, staffing, costs, clients who don't return calls — we live it. When we talk to a business owner about their problems, we're comparing notes, not theorising.

We build the thing

Not just recommend it. Not just draw a diagram. We write the code, connect the systems, and make it work. If something breaks at 9pm, we fix it.

We understand people

We've seen politics, sabotage, and resistance. We know how to bring people with you through change — not just install software and hope for the best.

Step 1

Free conversation — 60 minutes, no charge

This is where it starts. You tell us about your business. Not a pitch meeting — an actual conversation.

We'll ask things like:

  • "Walk me through a typical Monday."

  • "What takes up most of your time that you wish didn't?"

  • "Is there anything your team does that involves copying data from one place to another?"

  • "If you could fix one thing about how your business runs, what would it be?"

By the end, we'll usually spot 2–3 things that could save you significant time. We'll send you a short email with what we noticed and one recommendation.

No cost. No obligation. If we can help, we'll say so. If we can't, we'll tell you that too — and probably point you to someone who can.

Common questions

How long is it?

60 minutes, virtual or in-person if you're in Sydney.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Nothing. Just be ready to talk about your business.

Is this really free?

Yes. No catch. Genuine conversations are the best way to find out if we can actually help.

I'm not very technical. Is that OK?

That's the whole point. If you were technical, you probably wouldn't need us.

Step 2

Clarity Session — $500 to $1,500

If there's something worth exploring further, the next step is a proper look under the hood.

We spend about a week analysing your business — mapping your processes, your systems, your data flow. Then we give you a one-page scorecard with three specific recommendations and a rough estimate of what each would save you.

The 5-Dimension Scorecard

Systems Integration

Do your tools talk to each other?

Data Accessibility

Can you find what you need quickly?

Process Automation

How many repeatable tasks are still manual?

Knowledge Continuity

What happens if your best person leaves?

Technology Fit

Are you paying for tools you barely use?

Plus three ranked recommendations — what to do first, what it would roughly cost, and what you'd save.

Pricing: $500 for small businesses. $1,000 for 10–50 people. $1,500 for 50+.

Full credit: If you decide to go ahead with any of the recommendations, 100% of the Clarity Session fee is credited toward the project. You don't pay twice.

Step 3

Implementation — $5,000 to $50,000+

Once you know what to do, we build it. Quick wins first — always something visible in the first two weeks. Then the bigger pieces.

ScopeInvestmentTimeline
One automation (quoting, reporting, data entry)$5,000 – $7,0002–3 weeks
2–3 connected automations$8,000 – $15,0003–5 weeks
Full system integration$15,000 – $30,0006–12 weeks
Custom AI system$5,000 – $25,0002–8 weeks

Every project includes design, build, testing, training, and 30 days of support. Fixed price — no surprises.

Step 4 (optional)

Advisory retainer — $2,000 to $5,000/month

Some clients want an ongoing relationship. Someone to call before making any technology decision. Someone who knows their business deeply and can say "yes, do that" or "no, that's a waste of money."

$2,000/mo

Guide

~8 hrs/month

Monthly strategic call + async questions. A sounding board for technology decisions.

$3,500/mo

Partner

~15 hrs/month

Monthly call + quarterly review + vendor management + small implementations.

$5,000/mo

Embedded

~20 hrs/month

Everything above + hands-on project work + team training. Serious transformation.

Not everyone needs this. Most people start with a conversation and see where it goes.

What we won't do

  • Use jargon to make simple things sound complicated

  • Recommend technology you don't need just to make a sale

  • Pretend AI is magic — it's a tool, and like any tool, it's only useful when applied to the right problem

  • Start a project we can't finish, or promise results we can't deliver

  • Disappear after handover — if something breaks, we're a phone call away

Ready to start?

The first step is always the same: a conversation. 60 minutes. No cost. We'll listen to how your business works and tell you what we'd do first.
