Boral Australia needed to move 700,000 engineering files from SolidWorks EPDM to Autodesk Vault. The migration had to happen without interrupting daily operations. After years of accumulation, the data was full of duplicates and broken references.

What changed

We staged everything first — identified problems, cleaned the data, tested the migration. Then we ran it over a weekend. Friday evening start. Monday morning, the team was live on the new system.

User manual illustrations — from hours to zero

The problem

At TNA, the team creating user manuals had to open every production drawing, strip out engineering symbols, adjust the graphics, save as PNG, and file it. Every release. Every drawing. Hours of tedious prep work.

What changed

We added one automation to their existing release process. When a design is released, the system automatically creates the cleaned-up illustrations, attaches them to the source drawings, and discards the temporary changes.
